3. Project outcome
The store was certified as a high-quality merchant in the maternal and infant category by Shopee within one month of its launch, achieving zero compliance disputes and zero logistics complaints.
In the second month, the monthly order volume exceeded 550 orders, with the average transaction value remaining stable at HK $265. Among them, the monthly sales of infant rice cakes exceeded 200 boxes.
The store's search ranking for keywords related to the mother and baby category (such as "free shipping for baby food in Hong Kong") has entered the top 20, and it has accumulated over 1,200 precise fans.
